In lieu of the increasing orders we've been receiving, we are adding an additional hotline to supplement the main hotline. You can SMS your Name and Postal Code to our secondary hotline at 92232226 if our 1st hotline is engaged. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our operation hours are between 10:30am to 2pm for lunch and 4:30pm to 8pm for dinner. For hours outside of our operation hours, there may be no available operators to take up calls.
If you wish to place an advance order between 2pm to 4:30pm for dinner, you can SMS your Name and Postal Code to our secondary hotline at 92232226. Your advance orders will be given priority. If you haven't received a confirmation from us by 5pm, we may not have received your SMS. Please kindly give us a call again to check on your order status.
Likewise, you can do the same for advance orders for lunch. We will process your request as soon as our hotline opens. If we haven't gotten back to you by 11am for your advance order for lunch, kindly contact us for your orders status.
We are looking into alternate means of ordering to ease the hassle to you. We hope you can kindly bear with us in the coming days while we roll out more services and features to ease your ordering process.
